Digital identity and the law

The excellent UK Society for Computers and the Law held an Information Governance Conference about “Managing identity in a digital world” on 12 May 2009.

Audio recordings / podcasts (MP3) and slides from that conference are online, covering legal issues to do with:

  1. UK national identity cards and privacy;
